Hathoro Shipping Policy
Orders Less Than $50
A non-refundable $6 shipping and handling fee is charged to customers who are signed into their Hathoro.com account when they place an order totaling less than $50 (before tax) that is shipped to one address within the contiguous United States. This $6 shipping and handling fee will not be charged for items that incur an associated delivery surcharge as described above.
Orders of $50+
Except for certain exceptions noted below, no shipping and handling is charged to customers who are signed into their Hathoro.com account for standard ground delivery on orders of $50 or more before tax and shipped to one address within the contiguous United States.
Carriers
We use a variety of carriers for shipments. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier.
Shipping Policy Exceptions
Not all products qualify for the above Shipping Policy. Additionally, standard shipping rates apply for all orders delivered to Alaska and Hawaii. Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer. Fuel surcharges may also be applied.
International and P.O. Box Orders
Hathoro only accepts orders for shipments within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. Orders to international destinations will not be processed (see “International Shipping” section). Hathoro does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Third-Party and Manufacturer Shipped Products
Items shipping from the manufacturer: Please refer to the item page on Hathoro.com for shipping lead times as they vary. Expedited shipping is NOT available for third-party items.
When your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number that links to the carrier's website.
Expedited Shipping Rules
To qualify for expedited shipping, Hathoro must receive your order on Monday–Friday before 3pm (CT). Hathoro does not offer Saturday delivery. All expedited orders must weigh less than 150 lbs., and not contain any hazardous materials.
Expedited orders only ship on business days. Any orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If you have any questions, call customer service at 727‑609‑8404.
Same-Day Shipping
Get same-day shipping on most orders placed by 4pm local time.*
* Same-day shipping is available on most orders within the contiguous U.S. when your order is placed by 4:00pm local time Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Please refer to the specific item page for estimated shipping information.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Delivery within 2 business days on most orders within the contiguous U.S. when your order is placed by 4:00pm local time, Monday-Friday, and may be limited or unavailable based on the shipping address. Please refer to the specific item page for estimated delivery information.
Next-Day Delivery is available for select items only and may be limited or otherwise unavailable based on the shipping address of the customer. To qualify for Next-Day Delivery, orders must be placed by 4pm local time Monday-Thursday, excluding holidays. Please refer to the specific item page for estimated delivery information.
International Shipping
Hathoro cannot export products at this time.
